Nestled on Bank Street in the vibrant city of Doha, Hooga Cafe invites you into a cozy world infused with Scandinavian charm. This delightful establishment stands out as the first Scandinavian-style café in Doha, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complements its impressive menu. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or simply seeking a relaxing place to unwind, this café promises an experience that transports you straight to Copenhagen.

The menu at Hooga Cafe features tantalizing Danish-inspired offerings that are perfect for those looking to indulge in something different. Try their Danish Roast Beef, where tender slices of roast beef are complemented by fresh rocket and a rich remoulade sauce, all encased in a flaky Danish pastry. For a lighter option, the Creamy Feta Danish combines organic Danish feta with a medley of vegetables, creating a refreshing bite that bursts with flavor. Don't miss the Danish Chicken Caesar, which elevates the classic salad with chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing, making it as delicious as it is satisfying.

To enhance your meal, consider adding an Extra Egg or slices of luscious Avocado, bringing an additional layer of richness and healthiness to your café experience. And, of course, no visit to Hooga Cafe would be complete without trying their enticing range of drinks. The Iced Matcha is a must-try, expertly made with matcha green tea to invigorate your senses, while the Lemonade offers a refreshing twist with its just-right sweetness, perfect for quenching your thirst.

The cafe's delightful ambiance is a canvas for relaxation and conversation, making it an ideal spot to catch up with friends or simply enjoy a moment of solitude. Enjoying a perfectly brewed coffee here is not just about the delicious drink but also about the experience—take your time to savor each sip as the aroma fills the air. According to customer reviews, patrons rave about the pleasant atmosphere and the quality of the coffee, with one local describing it as a “cozy little coffee spot with a Scandinavian twist.”

While the café’s overall appeal is undeniable, a couple of customers have noted areas for improvement, such as updating sofa covers and addressing noise levels from the air conditioning. However, these minor concerns do little to detract from the overall experience that Hooga Cafe provides.

With its unique offerings and the genuine hospitality of its staff, Hooga Cafe stands out as more than just a place to grab a beverage—it's a destination that promises to awaken your senses and leave you longing to return.

Cozy little coffee spot with a Scandinavian twist.. my favorite thing about this place is that they offer brewed coffee, with a different kind of coffee beans, each day.

More Danish than Scandinavian, Hooga is a nice cafe with good food and reasonable prices. Great service. I would suggest replacing sofa covers cause they have a lot of dark spots. Also, the aircon at the ceiling is quite noisy (and Scandinavian ppl like silence ). Better to avoid plastic like the straw.

Small cafe in Scandinavian theme nestled away behind the buildings on bank street. They have very decent batch brew at very reasonable price and a range of tasty Scandinavian sandwiches or toasts. The only set back for me is the opening hours, it closes at 4 in the afternoon everyday and all day on weekends (Frid and Sat). Service should be improved because at the moment they have only 1 staff doing everything.
